The Services Division of the Johns Hopkins University Press was established in 1977 to provide order processing, collection management, warehousing, and fulfillment for the Press's Books Division and to make these services available to client university presses and nonprofit institutions.

Now known officially as Hopkins Fulfillment Services, the division's goals remain focused on providing the best possible services to clients and to bookstores and wholesalers. The division presently supports the publishing operations of fourteen distinguished clients: Catholic University Press, Georgetown University Press, Howard University Press, University of Massachusetts Press, Baylor University Press, University of Washington Press, and University of Pennsylvania Press, as well as Resources for the Future, University of Pennsylvania Museum of Archaeology and Anthropology, World Resources Institute, Brookings Institution Press, Johns Hopkins Aid Service, Urban Institute Press, and the Center for Talented Youth.
